How the Program Works

This program supports boys and girls aged 14–19 who have dropped out of school or experienced severe trauma. We teach practical trades, offer career mentorship, and help them access further education pathways.

Our goal is not just to train, but to restore confidence and purpose. Each participant receives personalized plans tailored to their interests and context.
